Golden beach Thassos

Golden beach is 12 km from Limenas and is connected to Skala Potamia which makes it the longest beach on the island. It took its name from the golden colour of the sand. An organized beach , with shallow, clean water at its all length, suitable for families with small children. You can find plenty of restaurants, beach bars,  shops, hotels, water sport activities and a camping area. It is a very popular beach but you can also find spots for relaxation with fewer people. You can reach it easily from the main road of the island , 2 km from Panagia village and you can easily find parking spot.
