Batis Beach

Situated just a few minutes west of Kavala (4km) , on the road Kavala – Peramos. Batis is one of the well organized beaches near the city. Awarded with a blue flag for many years in a row, it’s very popular among locals for a quick escape from the town. Free parking is offered as well as all the modern facilities like ,sunbeds, shower, changing rooms, WC , pool bar , restaurant, and a campsite for 100 people.

You can drive yourself there with a car , or take the public bus ( No8 ) . Entrance fee applies (1.3€ for adults and free for small children). Batis makes a great pick if you are visiting with children because of the short distance from town and the shallow water of the beach.
